Dear,
Launch HRDLogbook.exe was using version 5.11. Through this application got confirmation of 72 entities and many QSOs awaiting confirmation. It happens that many have noticed that the application informs "LoTW sent" ("LoTW Sent") but lots do not reach the ARRL lists. I was informed by radio amateurs that there was a change of URLs on ARRL. I changed the URLs in the application and still not writing anything on the ARRL.
Informs ask if this program has the same functionality as the Launch HRDLogbook.exe, 5:11 version here or is it different?
I exported my ADIF file to this program but I am having difficulty figuring out how to only see my list of QSO, if I can send to ARRL etc..
thank you
